Position: Application Developers (Mid level & Junior/Intern)
Based in Empangeni
Salary: Intern / Junior: R7,000 - R8,000 total cost to company.
Mid-level: R18,000 - R25,000 total cost to company
The growth in my clients core products and new apps, requires expansion of their development team.
Their core technologies include:
PHP, Maria, HTML / CSS, JavaScript.
Candidates are expected to complete an assignment as part of their interview.
Desired Skills and Experience
We are looking for application developers with skills and experience in:
• PHP5
• MariaDB (or MySQL)
• HTML / CSS
• JavaScript
• XML-RPC / JSON-RPC
Experience in the following a bonus:
• Work on large modularised systems (commercially or on open source).
• Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla or other PHP based CMS (work on plugins an additional bonus).
• Knowledge of multiple operating environments (Windows, Mac OSX, Linux and mobile such as iPhone and Android).
• Technical documentation.
• Object oriented methodologies.
