About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Appointment Setter with proven cold-calling skills to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating interest in our products/services, and scheduling appointments for our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Initiate contact with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce client's services.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of client's services to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
- Secure appointments between potential clients and client's sales representatives or account executives.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of communications and appointments in the CRM system.
- Conduct follow-up calls or emails to confirm appointments, address concerns, and ensure ongoing communication.
- Meet or exceed set targets for the number of appointments scheduled and qualified leads generated.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage potential clients and convey information effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or in a similar role.
- Strong cold-calling skills and experience in outbound sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Remote Status: Remote
Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm EST
Holidays: Local Holidays
Salary: USD 800 to USD 1200 per month
