ROLE PURPOSE
The purpose of the Talent Architect role is to work in close collaboration with the Chief Talent Architect in building, managing and driving the continuous improvement of SAPRO's Talent Acquisition and Talent Management processes.
Primary Tasks
As the Talent Architect, the incumbent will primarily be responsible for the following:
- Implement, manage and optimize SAPROs digitized and scientific talent acquisition processes that support the overall talent acquisition strategy and enable the efficient and effective identification, assessment, and acquisition of top talent.
- Collaborate with the Chief Talent Architect and internal teams to gather requirements to understand the organization's talent needs, draft business requirements specifications based on those needs and develop processes/solutions that align with those needs.
- Collaborate with the Business-to-Talent Marketing team to develop and implement recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent to the organization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry experts and thought leaders to stay up to date on best practices in talent acquisition and talent pooling.
- Stay up to date on relevant software and tools for talent acquisition and management and make recommendations for implementation as needed.
- Utilize data and analytics to track the success of talent acquisition processes and make data- driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Co-create a vision for, and plan of, an exceptional candidate experience.

- Experience in drafting business requirement specifications
- Ability to map business processes and optimize or re-engineer processes to reduce wastage.
- 6 8 years' work experience in a similar environment
- Relevant bachelor's degree
- Experience building and managing talent acquisition & evaluation, and talent management processes
- Experience dealing with a contingency workforce an advantage
