The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for Operations and running Tekkie town stores in various locations. The ideal candidate will report to the Operations Manager and Regional Manager.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Fluent in English and or Afrikaans
- Minimum 3 years at an Area Management level
- At least 5 years retail experience or similar
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Figure and administration orientated
- Good organisational skills
- An independent operator, able to make quick decisions
- Good communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan and prioritise
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Ability to motivate and drive performance as well as manage poor performance and disciplinary procedures
