Duties
- Liaise with Mine Management at least once a week
- Ensure that management reports are analyzed and discussed with mine management.
- Perform store audits as per store according to audit procedures.
- Ensure regular store gradings.
- Monthly staff meetings must be arranged where problem areas can be discussed and resolved.
- Attend all MANCO Meetings and timeously submit all relevant reports.
- Meet deadlines by Area manager and staff reporting to him.
- Respond to e-mail in time.
- Area Planning & Action Plan
- Responsible for a annual action plan for the area
- Training
- Fully accountable for the Induction and training of staff.
- All new staff to be fully trained and evaluated one month after appointment – Attendance register / Monthly
report updated
- Staff must be tested periodically in order to identify area in need of training – Monthly report
- Manage and develop all direct reporting staff.
- Ensure attendance at scheduled training sessions and that attendance registers are available
- Most recent HAT Packs available and used in all stores
Matric Essential.
- b) Tertiary Qualification
Experience
- a) Minimum 2 years Management Experience
- b) Proven record of Marketing, Store Management and Sales Achievements
