What You'll Do
- Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor store managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure consistency and quality across all stores, maintaining Starbucks' high standards.
- Strategic Planning: Drive business performance by implementing innovative strategies to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to achieve targets.
- Customer Focus: Champion exceptional customer service and enhance the Starbucks experience.
- Experience: 3+ years of multi-unit management experience, preferably in hospitality, retail or food & beverage.
- Management: 5+ years of store management experience and/or 2+ years of area manager experience, responsible for running multiple stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and retail stores.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of team development.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and trends to make informed business decisions.
- Adaptability: Comfortable with change and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
