We are a leading parking manangement company and seeking the services of an area manager to be based in the Western Cape.
Job responsibilities:
- Maintain our current client base
- Overall manager of all our current sites and parking operations within the Western Cape
- Manage and support all site managers
- Implement and follow up on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
- Undertake site audits and inspections
- Regular interaction with our clients and customers
- Ensure profitable and innovative business development
- Grow our client base
- Prospect and develop potential leads
- Interact with the major role players in the industry
- Market the business
- Assist with attending, completing and the timeous submission of tenders
Job requirements:
- South African, preferably female PDI
- Computer literate, specifically Microsoft Excel
- Self confident and experienced in customer relations
- At least 5 years experience in the parking industry
- Knowledgable in the handling and management of parking equipment
- Mobility, viz; own vehicle and driver’s licence
- Willing to work after hours and shifts
- Available 24/7
- Focused on constantly exceeding clients expectations
