Area Sales Executive/Training Facilitator

B. Braun Medical Pty Ltd based in Johannesburg, South Africa require the services of an Area Sales Executive/Training Facilitator for Mpumalanga Central and East, Limpopo and Zambia.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Strive to meet and exceed sales budgets as set by the Company.
  • Provide supportive services to all allocated customers in assigned geographical areas.
  • Promote and sell B. Braun products to all allocated customers as per defined strategies within assigned geographical areas.
  • Develop an area plan based on the division's strategy - ensuring strategic customers and products are included.
  • Identify customer training needs and plan training sessions accordingly.
  • Provide initial and continuous on the job staff training on Clinical Application to Avitum Provider Dialysis Centers.
  • Ensure that regular in-service training programs and workshops are held to keep the customer knowledgeable about B. Brauns products.
Professional competencies
  • Clinical Technologist (Nephrology), a Nephrology Qualified Nurse or a Registered Nurse with substantial Renal experience.
  • Min of 2 -3 years Sales experience in the Medical Field (Preferably).
  • Valid Drivers License.
  • Computer literacy is essential.
  • Flexibility for travel (nationally and internationally) and occasional overtime.

  • Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised.
  • Impeccable value system.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated time, territory and admin management ability.
  • Quick learning ability.
  • Reasonable business acumen skills required.
  • Must be self-motivated and be able to work under pressure.
  • Previous Sales experience with a proven track record, would be an advantage.
