We are looking for the perfect candidate to fill the role of an Arranging Branch Manager.
Key Performance areas:
*Funeral Arranging Meeting
*Analyse Monthly financial Performance
*Cash Control
*Ensure All Debtors are authorized according to company policy
*Stock Control
*Asset Control
*New Business: Policy sales, Funeral service units (walk in)
*Market Branch
*Control of company image
Requirements:
1. Excellent verbal and written skills.
2. Proficient in English.
3. Excellent People skills
4. Must have good organizing skills
5. Must excel in good client relation skills
6. Have to understand all the funeral products (policies and contracts) and services on offer.
7. Must be able to guide clients under stressful situations and show empathy.
8. Valid Driver’s Licence.
9. Computer literate.
10. Matric/Grade 12
Experience Required:
* Minimum of 3 years in funeral arranging role.
* Strong coordination, administration and customer service experience.
* Strong logistical experience (process and control ability).
Salary: Market related
