This role reports to an Inbound Division Lead.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Communicate with Suppliers by means of internal systems, emails, and phone
- Inform suppliers of exceptions and drive collections within SLA
- Following up with the Suppliers with collections and reasons for missed collections
- Investigate all queries and solve within SLA
- Reviewing data for gaps or errors and resolving or escalating issues to resolve
- Investigate and communicate with relevant stakeholders to solve all quires
- Keeping track of the aging stock in the warehouse involving Inbound Exceptions
- High-lighting solutions for issues preventing suppliers collecting Exceptions
- Attention to detail and high standards of quality
- Strong excel skills (including vlookup's, table)
- Solutions-oriented, self-motivated, can-do attitude
- Strong organizational & prioritization skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
- Excellent team player
- Matric or equivalent.
- 2 Years Administrative / Operational experience
- Competency in all MS Office packages, very strong excel skills (including vlookups), internet search
- Ability to learn internal data capturing and warehouse management systems
