Looking for an assistant financial manager who is a qualified CA with 3 years post qualification experience.
Job requirements:
- Technically up to date with IFRS and sound knowledge of treasury cash management, taxation and the Companies Act; expert on consolidations
- Skilled communicator - both verbal and written at all levels
- Have entrepreneurial and sound business skills
- Experienced in building a competent and motivated team of finance staff through confident and caring leadership, counselling and delegation
- Ability to carry out various ad hoc duties as required from time to time.
Job responsibilities:
- Will entail looking after coastal properties including consolidation and financial reporting and commentary.
- Finance systems management.
- Maintenance and upgrade.
- Standardisation of procedures.
- Benchmarking.
- Accounting policies.
- Technical input and assistance (emerging issues re IFRS, Tax, and Companies Act, etc).
- Balance sheet reviews.
