Energetic, organised and enthusiastic store supervisor required to help run a family-owned soft serve and donut business in Sea Point.
Job requirements:
- We are looking for someone to lead and work alongside our team of staff as well as to liaise with the owners who will be primarily running the store.
- We’re ideally looking for a candidate who can work weekends predominantly
- Is able to work 2-11 pm shifts
- Has a minimum of 1 year hospitality industry work experience.
- Is genuinely friendly and outgoing
- Is organised and efficient
- Thrives in high pressure environments
- Can think on their feet and learn fast
- Communicates well and is customer focused
- Lives in or around the Atlantic Seaboard
Job responsibilities:
- Stock control, cash ups, managing shop systems
- Supporting and motivating staff in their roles
- Engaging customers in a friendly way and being a brand ambassador
