We are looking for a personal assistant/bookkeeper in a co-working and training environment.
Job requirements:
- Highly organised
- Timeous and punctual
- Able to perform well under pressure
- Very good communicator with good English (spoken and written)
- Aesthetic presentation
- Very good IT skills (computer skills, Internet / research, tech savvy)
- Availability
- Marketing and book keeping skills
- A successful candidate will have to show focussed, pro-active attitude.
- Readiness to work some weekends when necessary.
- Some experience as an assistant required, book keeping experience useful.
- Position available for 3 months after which it will be reviewed according to performance.
- Must have own laptop and smart phone.
