Our organization is looking for an assistant to help a very busy executive director, based in Constantia.
Main duties:
- filing
- managing director's diary
- assisting director with the management of projects
- organizing financial information of multiple projects
- organizing of deliveries
- sourcing items for various projects
- keeping accurate records of all purchases and contractors
- liaising with contractors and suppliers
Personal requirements:
- ability to work under pressure
- reliable and trustworthy
- ability to work on own initiative
- extremely organised
- hard working
- excellent time management skills
Requirements:
- secretarial diploma
- minimum 3-5 years of admin experience
- recent and strong knowledge in Microsoft Office in particular Excel
- driver's licence
- able to start immediately
