VACANCY: ASSISTANT TO THE DIRECTOR
We are a leading supplier of award-winning eco-friendly hotel and lifestyle amenities and spa products, as well as a turnkey spa and wellbeing operator based in Cape Town but servicing leading establishments around the world.
We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive, organised and efficient individual to report directly to the Director on matters regarding the everyday management of the business.
Our business and brand are growing at an exponential rate, and we need someone who is not only good at proactively pursuing projects and tasks, but also thorough in following up on their status and liaising effectively with all involved.
The successful candidate will be business- and growth-oriented, with a strong eye for detail and an ability to recognise new opportunities as well as leverage effectively off existing ones. You will need to be self-drivenand able to take initiativein many different contexts, as well as be highly attentive to detail.
Sound administration skills are a prerequisite, as is the ability to work to deadline, communicate eloquently and effectively, with good writing skills.
Tasks and responsibilities will include project management/coordination, facilitating communicationand streamlining tasks between departments, drafting contracts and proposals, updating daily reports, preparing relevant documents for and taking minutes of meetings, and other general PA duties.
The position is full-time, and based in Cape Town.
