As an Associate Architect, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that our projects follow the overall architecture, design, and principles. You will have the opportunity to lead and participate in architectural reviews of software, infrastructure, data, and other architectures, ensuring the highest level of quality and innovation.
Your role will also involve being the driving force behind the end-to-end solutions analysis, design, and implementation of assigned projects. This means collaborating closely with development teams to solve technical problems that may arise and continuously learn and embrace new technologies and methodologies.
In this position, you will have the chance to contribute to the design and policing of Enterprise Infrastructure, Technical Architectures, and Solutions Architectures, ensuring that our deployed technology is always appropriate to meet the current and planned future needs of the business.
Your expertise will be crucial in verifying solution implementation with the development squads, ensuring that the delivered system is consistent with the agreed architecture and meets the requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for
Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience (minimum 2years) in a similar role, specifically Internet based businesses from Betting and Gaming, Retail, Banking and/or IT Consultancy, ideally within a complex and highly regulated industry.
- Significant experience (minimum 5 years) in a software architecture, analysis, design and/or development role using Agile methodologies.
- Experience with integration and API type solutions (both internally and with third parties).
- A thorough understanding of IT system environments i.e. networking, security, integrations, applications and databases. Cloud (specifically AWS) solution architecture experience is also desirable.
