Core Responsibilities
- developing and carrying out highly impactful and efficient marketing programs focusing on the Adult portfolio
- recommending local marketing strategies and tactics
- giving input to the BU marketing strategy and country forecast/sales planning
- identifying and driving local market opportunities (digital, partnership, PR, event, co-promotion, competitions, etc.)
- tracking results vs. goals and lead analysis of business drivers to adjust plans
- working closely with local sales teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing plans
- material development and execution of consumer events, events management including set up, execution and post event analysis
- localization of centrally developed campaigns TV, print, internet or development of tailored made activates
- building local insights about consumer and shopper
- briefing and creating the ATL plan in cooperation with local media agencies
As a member of LEGO MEA Team will be responsible for leading the implementation of Adults Marketing Agenda in the Middle East and Africa.
Do You Have What It Takes
- Consistent track record of experience in marketing, preferably in one of the following industries (gaming, electronics, entertainment, hobbies, automotive, fashion)
- Focused on execution and following through
- Able to lead collaboration with multiple agency partners from remote location
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive energy and drive
- Open to learn and acquire new skills
- Ability to travel 20% of time
