As an Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving client success. We are seeking a dynamic individual with a CA(SA) designation and a minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in a managerial capacity. Fund industry experience is essential, along with a strong grasp of IFRS, US GAAP (Investment Funds), and proficiency in programs such as MS Office, CaseWare, and Pastel/Xero.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and align the organisation's services with clients' needs.
- Translate client requirements for timely and complete delivery.
- Execute internal processes flawlessly to fulfil promises to clients.
- Provide high-quality, billable advice through hourly billing.
- Mentor and coach team members within your supervision.
- Review deliverables on a risk-based approach, including financial statements and complex assignments.
