Essential Job Functions:
- Assist in the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives, focusing on specific tasks and support activities
- Participate in HR operations and provide administrative support to HR functions
- Assist in HR policy implementation and interpretation
- Support talent acquisition and basic employee development efforts
- Help address routine employee relations issues
- Assist with HR reporting and data management
- Maintain and organize HR documents and records
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and external partners on administrative tasks
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
- Proven experience in HR project management and strategy support
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities
- A strong desire to stay updated with industry knowledge and technology
- An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Relevant HR certifications, such as aPHR or SHRM-CP, a plus
