Qualifications

Matric certificate

Valid non expired Code 08 drivers license.

Requirements

Transportation to/from work.
Sales driven.
Experienced with driving of vehicles

Knowledge

Computer literacy
Working experience in the car rental industry
Understanding of motor vehicles
Good administration

Job Duties

Allocate vehicles based on reservations and customer preferences.
Prepare vehicles for rental and handle extra requests.
Adhere to rental process guidelines for check-in and checkout.
Working to targets (cross selling/up-selling)
Improve customer satisfaction.
Handle rental agreements and paperwork with precision.
Assist customers throughout the rental period, including extensions and breakdowns.
Ensure workplace cleanliness and security.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including branch staff and customers.
