Responsibilities:
- Cultivating enduring relationships with new and current customers within an assigned sales territory.
- Conducting face-to-face meetings with clients within the designated sales area.
- Marketing Company products to the established customer base.
- Negotiating strategically with potential and current clients to secure sales.
- Consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets by promoting company products.
- Devising and executing an efficient sales strategy to enhance sales performance.
- Collaborating with the marketing department to enhance brand visibility through tailored marketing materials.
- Monitoring competitors products, pricing, and market trends.
- Staying updated on industry advancements through attendance at meetings, workshops, and events.
- Delivering capital equipment, commissioning products, conducting necessary staff training, and completing essential documentation.
- Organising training workshops and company campaigns.
- Documenting customer visits and other relevant information on the Company app.
- Timely submission of monthly "Anticipated Business Report."
- Ensuring general departmental tidiness.
- Undertaking any other required ad-hoc tasks.
- Relevant qualification
- Previous experience in sales, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Possession of a valid drivers license and willingness to travel within assigned sales territory.
