It Is ESSENTIAL That You Have a Min Of 3 Years Used Car Manager Experience In a Motor Dealership And a Proven Track Record. RESPONSIBILITES
- Developing and upholding the business culture and values.
- Driving the activities of the sales team, enquiry management, logs, CRM accuracies and sales process.
- Maintaining the showroom and external forecourt vehicle displays.
- Managing the appraisal process.
- Used car display, presentation, advertising, website pricing matched to current market price.
- Keeping the customer satisfaction reporting at the forefront of all customer interactions.
- Delivery of the business vision, objectives, targets, KPIs and scorecard metrics.
- Leading, managing, coaching, and developing the sales team, including the admin functions.
- Custodian of all regulatory and legal requirements.
- Business generation through marketing & business development.
- Delivering sales and profitability within the budgets set by the Group and OEM
- Developing customer relationships and delivering high levels of customer service.
- Manage the sales process sales team activities, CRM, overdue contacts, and regular one to one review.
- Understanding of the online consumer journey to deliver the omnichannel experience.
- Robust financial management including cost management, management accounts.
- Timely and accurate reporting.
- Legal and company policy compliance.
- Participating in and completing the annual review process.

- Authority in recruitment, retention, development and disciplining of staff, subject to involvement of Head of Business and the HR Team.
- Experience in Drive/Kerridge
- Automotive Industry Experience a MUST
