Requirements
Educational Qualification: an LLB degree from a recognised institution. Professional Status: Admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in good standing with the Legal Practice Council.
Experience
A minimum of 7 years of post-article experience with proven expertise in Commercial law and Tax Litigation, the candidate should possess exceptional drafting and negotiation skills, strong analytical abilities, and a meticulous eye for detail. Electronically proficient.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, essential for effective client and team interactions.
Approach: A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a track record of handling complex legal issues and project management.
Responsibilities
Offer legal advice in Commercial law and Tax litigation.
Drafting: Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions and brief in High Court and Tax Court matters.
Research and Compliance: Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory change through diligent research, ensuring our legal practices remain at the forefront.
Collaborative Solutions: Partner with a team of top-notch legal professionals to develop and ensure efficient solutions.
Independent
Excellence: Maintain a high standard of quality, efficiency, and timeliness in delivering services to our clients.
