Newly Admitted Attorney required for our client based in Parktown North specialising in Banking Law, Debt Review, Property Law, Conveyancing, and Litigation. In addition, we offer expert legal services in respect of the National Credit Act, Financial Intelligence Centre Act, Protection of Personal Information Act, Companies Act, and the Consumer Protection Act.

Skilled In

Foreclosure experience would be first prize (knowledge of Rule 46 of the Uniform Rules of Court)
Drafting of summons, pleadings (any and all court documents)
Admin orientated, attention to detail
Comfortable to appear in Court if need be
Work long hours if needed
Must be able to handle pressure well and must be a TEAM PLAYER
Contractual Disputes
Meticulous in drafting pleadings and documents, indexing and paginating bundles for court
A good understanding of Microsoft and Caselines; sound interpretation of legislation and case law
Identifying problems, simplifying issues, creating solutions and overseeing their implementation
