Louw & Coetzee Attorneys has a temporary position available for an attorney with 3-5 years experience in administration of deceased estates, drafting of wills and trust matters.

Job responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage estate administration process (including estate finances).
- Setting up new family trusts and special trusts (drafting of trust deeds, registration with the Master & liaison with Accountants and Tax practitioners on trust matters.
- Trustee & Trust Deed amendments (law & procedure).
- Administration of client finances in accordance with General Power of Attorney.
- Management of existing Wills Bank & expansion of same by way of active marketing.
- Drafting and amendment of wills and other testamentary documents.
- Estate planning in co-operation with Accountants & Tax practitioners.
Job requirements:
- You need to possess specialist knowledge and experience, integrity, professionalism, negotiation and dispute resolutions skills and have excellent written and verbal communication skills so as to maintain existing and cultivate new client relationships.
- This temporary position is available for 6 months and the candidates should have 3 - 5 years experience in the following areas:
- Advantageous: Drafting, negotiation and execution of commercial contracts, including sale of shares/members interest, sale of commercial, agricultural and residential property, negotiation and dispute resolution in commercial context.
- Office hours will me negotiated based on candidate suitability and operational requirements. June 2018 - Jan 2018
