KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Grade 12 with at least 3 years experience in an Agricultural and highly functional administrative environment
- Good administrative, technology and numeracy skills
- Excellent computer literacy in MS office applications
- Be willing to travel frequently and work after-hours
- Must be able to perform under severe pressure
- Hardworking, punctuality, attention to detail and good teamwork
- Must be fully bilingual (English/Afrikaans) and understand and communicate in Afrikaans to a large extent
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Ability to work independently with internal motivation

- Investigate renewable marketing strategies for auctions
- Responsible for the compilation of catalogues and digital catalogues
- Compilation and distribution of pamphlets and catalogues for auctions
- Gathering of information and documentation required for auctions
- Responsible for advertising of auctions
- Ensure a positive image of the organisation through professional, effective and efficient client services
- Distribution of marketing material to relevant parties on time
- Asset register Responsible for stocktaking and maintenance of asset registers
- Maintenance - ensure that equipment and promotional materials are in good condition
- Gathering and editing of digital content for Digital Catalogues
- Gathering of producer information to ensure accurate record keeping
- Compilation of advertising schedules
- General administrative duties and finalizing of auctions
- Ad hoc responsibilities
