As a Measurement Specialist, you will monitor and maintain our high-quality standards. This company is the leading supplier of manifolds and componants for the automotive industry in Europe. Our client works with extreme precision, achieving accuracies from 0.1mm to 1 m.
What You Are Going To Do
- Based on specifications and control instructions, performing inspection on raw parts, components and/or finished products;
- Independently performing checks and measurements on products by means of various hand-held measuring tools and 3D measuring machines;
- Operating 3D measuring machines;
- Correctly interpreting measurements and inspection activities and feeding back results to those involved of deviations found;
- Taking decisions on approval and rejection and advising on repair (methods) if necessary;
- Analysing internal processes and initiating improvement projects;
- Quality control based on specifications and control instructions of raw parts, components and/or finished products;
- Recording the results from quality control and informing those involved;
- Advising on approval and rejection of products;
- Optimal scheduling of work to prevent stagnation in production process and flow of goods;
- Having a pcf meeting at all parts as soon as possible;
- Assisting with the EMPB report.
