Remuneration: Basic salary R10, 433.11 + Incentive + Medical aid 50/50 + Provident fund
Purpose Of The Job
Our Client is looking for an experienced Vehicle Reconditioning Clerk to join their busy Team. Candidate must be able to handle the following: Vehicle invoicing, Stock control, Vehicle reconditioning process. Duties, including but not limited to:
- Reconditioning of all used retail stock body exterior, interior, servicing, 101 checks, RWC, valets etc
- A minimum of two quotes have to be obtained for each recon item
- All reconditioning to be carried out only after approval from sales manager
- Check in all new stock by making use of the check in & recon sheet provided
- Obtaining recon orders before sending vehicles for recon and making sure all invoices get back when work is completed
- Management of valet activities and wash by cleaning staff
- Carry out additional reasonable duties, from time to time, at the discretion of management
- Administration
- At least 3 years experience as, Vehicle Invoicing Clerk, Vehicle Reconditioning Clerk, Stock Control, currently in the Motor Industry
- Grade 12
- Computer Literate
- Must have current and up to date knowledge of Cars!
- Motor Industry experience ESSENTIAL!!!
