- Accurate Diagnosis: Utilize your diagnostic expertise to pinpoint issues accurately and report findings promptly for efficient resolution.
- Tool Maintenance: Keep diagnostic tools updated and in prime condition to facilitate precise diagnosis and repair.
- Parts Coordination: Work closely with parts sales executives to procure relevant and correct parts, maintaining a seamless workflow.
- Issue Management: Notify management promptly of any service-related issues to ensure swift resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients by scheduling vehicle bookings, checking in customers, and conducting follow-ups to provide exceptional service.
- Administrative Duties: Update job cards with accurate and detailed information on service/repairs, ensuring thorough documentation.
- Parts Planning: Proactively plan and order parts in advance based on vehicle identification to streamline service processes.
- Production Planning: Demonstrate your ability to plan production schedules effectively, prioritizing activities based on criticality to meet service demands.
- Maintaining Standards: Uphold the principles of 5'S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) at all times to create a safe and organized work environment.
- Cost Management: Understand the costing of job cards and ensure accuracy in cost estimation and billing processes.
