Key responsibilities include:
- Completion of all required fp & seta theoretical modules for the trade.
- Undergoing intensive on-the -job training and other related training,including the plant.
- Providing support to the production process with adequate levels of availability and responsibility .
- Learning how to problem -solve and trouble shoot.
- Adhering to plant rules and regulations all time.
The ideal candidates should possess the following:
- A good technical understanding.
- Basic computer literacy
- Be prepared to undergo pre-selection
- Be prepared to work overtime and shifts
