B-BBEE Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B-BBEE Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing our B-BBEE strategy, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and codes of good practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement B-BBEE strategies and initiatives
• Monitor and report on B-BBEE compliance
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure B-BBEE objectives are met
• Keep up to date with changes in B-BBEE legislation and codes of good practice

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a B-BBEE role
• Completion of the B-BBEE MDP course
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary: R25, 000 - R30, 000 per month
