Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B content strategy aligned with our business objectives, target audience, and industry trends.
- Lead the ideation, creation, and production of long-form B2B content, including whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, reports, blog posts, and more.
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to gather insights and knowledge required for content creation.
- Research industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer pain point to create content that addresses the needs of our B2B audience.
- Ensure all content is high quality, adheres to brand guidelines, and maintains a consistent tone, style, and messaging across various channels.
- Edit, proofread, and optimize content for clarity, accuracy, and search engine optimization (SEO) to enhance its visibility and impact.
- Lead a team of content creators, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the successful execution of content projects.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other team members to incorporate visual elements that enhance the effectiveness of the content.
- Monitor content performance metrics and use data-driven insights to refine content strategy and optimize future content pieces.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in B2B content marketing to improve content quality and effectiveness continuously.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation, with a strong focus on B2B content for various formats such as whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, reports, and blog posts.
- Proven track record of creating engaging and informative long-form content that addresses B2B audience needs and pain points.
- Solid understanding of B2B marketing principles, target audience segmentation, and industry trends.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in utilizing SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve online visibility.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead a team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective interaction with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and content distribution platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field (preferred).
