Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and product development initiatives for travel products.
- Manage relationships with agents, handling their requests and ensuring their needs are met.
- Develop and enhance travel products, ensuring they meet market demands and client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the Southern and East African markets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to agents and clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and product development progress.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- In-depth knowledge of Southern and East Africa.
- Strong sales and product development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the Safari industry.
- Proven experience working with agents and managing their requests.
- Experience in DMC Travel is preferred.
