We handle crowdsourcing projects that need hundreds to thousands of freelancers/ agents to work on such as transcription, annotation, recording, etc. These projects are to provide data for training AI/ML. 3. Location: Work from anywhere. 4. Reporting line: The Head of Sales 5. Responsibilities
- Do researches about potential companies and authorized people or people with whom we can do business and collaborate about their AI training data project.
- Make cold calling and cold emailing to reach out to potential clients.
- Generate sales and hit monthly/quarterly quota.
- Deliver growth in the respective area.
- Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
- Create reports and provide insights on sales and marketing strategies.
6. Requirements
Must have
- Must have 3+ years of experience in international B2B sales.
- Must have 2+ years of experience in outsourcing/BPO/AI industry
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently and creatively.
- Aggressive, driven personality, comfortable making cold emails or calls.
- Attention to detail and cross-functional relationship management skills.
- Proven success outperforming quota in a performance-driven sales environment.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- A self-motivated and disciplined person who can work remotely.
Nice to have
- Experience in a corporate and start-up company is a plus.
- Clear phone voice without thick accent and calm, smooth demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint).

7. Benefit
- Fixed salary: $550/month + high commission based on the revenue you bring to the company
- Top Up fixed salary: you will have a top-up fixed salary (to be discussed further during onboarding).
- WFH allowance: $50-$100/month. Applied after the probation.
- Insurance support: $50-$100/month. Applied after the probation.

- Annual leave: 12 days/year and to be pro-rata rated for the actual monthly working period for full-time staff. Applied after the probation
- Sick leave with pay: maximum 6 days/year, on top of the 12-day annual leave credit, for full-time staff. Applied after the probation.
