DURBAN CENTRAL (INGCUCE Road). A debt counselling company in DURBAN seeks to appoint a Telesales Agent, whose primary responsibility will be to sell the company’s service to prospective clients over the telephone. This is the ideal opportunity for an applicant with previous telesales experience.
Responsibilities:
The Telesales Agent will be responsible for the following:
Telephonic sales
Assist with client enquiries and complaints
Assist with the on-boarding of new clients
FROM G11 & G12 WITH OR WITHOUT EXPERIENCE
Job Requirements:
- Strong aptitude for telesales
- Previous telesales experience
- Ability to meet sales targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English, Afrikaans and African Languages
- Computer skills
Basic salary: R5,000 per month plus commission
