Were looking for Treatment Suite Coordinators to join our LOC sites in London on a bank basis. This is your opportunity to become a vital part of the UKs largest private healthcare provider. As a Treatment Suite Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination of patient appointments and all activity related to treatment liaising with LOC and external providers. You will provide administrative support to the treatment suite and main reception teams and be an ambassador in customer relations to all service users.

What Youll Do
- To act as first point of contact for all patients and visitors attending the treatment suite, ensuring they are met and greeted with courtesy, warmth and professionalism
- To liaise with secretaries/reception about patients status
- To manage patient flow and timelines with the clinical lead in the treatment suite
- To manage the scheduling of all patient related treatment appointments to meet the patients needs as well as the clinics activity plan
- To liaise closely with business office staff regarding changes to the scheduled treatments and late treatment booking for pre authorisation to be processed
- Forward activity plan to include daily preparation for the following days schedule and liaise with appropriate teams to ensure all records are in place
- To manage telephone calls, communicating professionally and efficiently with staff, patients as well as redirecting calls as necessary
- To coordinate responses to emergency situations if directed
- To manage the QCL cancellation list, communicating areas of concern, trend changes or where improvement is needed
- Coordinate the bereavement notification pathway, informing key people involved and updating LOC records
- To ensure patients and staff are kept informed of any delays and proactively manage
- Previous admin experience within healthcare
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer literate
- Grasp of basic medical terminology
