Banking clerk is required in Grahamstown, Eastern Cape.
Job requirements:
- Matric
- Bookkeeping qualification would be an advantage
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience in similar role
- Must be computer literate in Word, Excel, Outlook
- Must be advanced user on Pastel Partner V11
- Must be well spoken and able to communicate in English
- Own transport
Job responsibilities:
- Loading payments on internet banking sites
- Responsible for sending proof of payments as requested by departments and suppliers
- Opening and maintaining company bank accounts
- Reporting daily summary of bank balances and transactions to directors
- Completing and arranging for signature bank forms for investment accounts
