We are looking for a barman / barista / waitron for a lodge on Northern Kwa-Zulu Natal.
Job entails:
- Experience with making excellent Espressos, Capaccino's, Flat Whites, Americanos and Latte's
- Experience with high-end coffee machines
- Basic waitron experience with serving meals and clearing plates
- Basic pouring and mixing of drinks and wines. Basic knowledge is required.
- Basic cleaning of main lodge / dining room and common areas
- Excellent English
- Team Player who works well with others
- Follows instructions well
- Keeps a clean work space and takes pride in their work
- Friendly and willing to go the extra mile for guests
- Drivers license is an additional advantage
- Traceable references
This position is at a private luxury lodge in Northern Kwa-Zulu Natal. Position is live-in. Single accommodation with shared ablutions and communal living space. The lodge is situtated within a Big 5 reserve.
Work rotation is 7 days time-off per month, with 18 days of annual leave per annum.
This position will be available from beginning of February 2024.
