Responsibilities
- Mix traditional and creative cocktails
- Preparation of other alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks
- Daily preparation of garnish to be served with cocktails and drinks.
- Daily stock and freshness checks (making sure that old stock is sold before expiry date)
- Daily counting of stock and checking of variances (if applicable)
- Clean glasses and bar utensils
- Make drinks per order in accordance with the recipe.
- Have an extreme understanding of the cocktail menu as well mas the recipes per drink
- Grade 12 Minimum
- Minimum 2 years previous experience at an upper tier establishment
- Knowledge of cocktails and drinks would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of POS systems would be beneficial.
