MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To manage and implement the operational strategy of the business on a regional level to meet the aims and objectives of the department through the creation of employee engagement, multiple client relationships, strong operational and logistical management, and fiscal discipline
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Manage the assets of the sites
Manage the ER24 Site based fleet
Oversee site based legislative compliance
Lead and manage the people in the department
Ensure continuous improvement of overall quality standards
Manage the operations of the department
Manage and mitigate departmental risks
Manage key account and stakeholder relations
Manage and control department budgets / finances
Required Education
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Grade 12 with University entrance (Bachelors) 4 year degree / diploma or relevant qualifications
DESIRED EDUCATION: None
Required Experience
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: ALS with 2 years in management experience nationally; 3 Years industrial site environment
5-10 Years EMS experience; 2 Years Health and Safety experience; 2 Years project management experience
DESIRED EXPERIENCE: ALS with 5 Years in management experience nationally; 2-3 years Financial experience; 3 years Health and Safety experience; 3 Years project management experience
Required Job Skills And Knowledge
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Marketing and Sales ability to present to clients, use of presentation tools
- Financial Management Income and expenditure, income statements, credit card claims, creation of budgets, data analysis, adherence to budgets; Project costings and budgets
