We are looking for an experienced Content Lead to lead a team of digital content managers and visual merchandisers to deliver world-class content that supports key trade objectives, grows our following and resonates with our customers across our brand ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Recruit, mentor and lead a team of 7 content managers, visual merchandisers and a social media content manager.
- Build and oversee the content publishing calendar, ensuring it's on-brand, effective, measured and optimised per channel across mobile, desktop, social, influencers, email.
- Work with the Head of Brand Experience to develop the optimal content planning and publishing cadence, resource allocation and frameworks to maximise ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, Brand Marketing, Customer to improve the customers' experiences across all channels and platforms.
- Partner with brand teams to establish ways of working to enable collaboration, streamline processes and take advantage of opportunities to co-create.
- Obsess over customer insights, scrutinise personas and distil learnings into new content solutions and briefs for the team.
- Setup processes and documentation to streamline ways of working within the team and across business divisions.
- Partner with our producer to build and monitor budgets for content production.
- Report on content performance including ROI and global benchmarks.
- Proactively respond to the social media landscape to evolve strategies inline with new platforms, features and functionalities and content formats.
- Own the development and maintenance of storefront guidelines and ensure partners are constantly upskilled to take full advantage of functionality and to enable world-class experiences.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of below-the-line promotional activity.
- Nurture a culture of continuous learning, testing and optimisation and ensure the feedback loop is established to do so effectively
This job is for you if you have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 7+ years of relevant experience in digital content / visual merchandising / e-commerce
- Fashion/lifestyle retail industry experience is advantageous
- Experience creating content for large-scale consumer brands
- 3+ years of experience managing a team
- Demonstrated ability leveraging customer insights, competitive assessments and commercial objectives to develop content solutions.
- Self-motivated, curious and collaborative
- Strong project management and strategic process development skills
- Leadership abilities that inspire learning and excellence among team members
- Experience building core payments solutions working in a fast-paced environment
- Having a keen eye for detail and simplifying complexity
- Enjoy working with a cross-functional team, and have an interest in solving challenges in the fintech space
