Job Description Summary
As Sales Representative, you will be responsible to maintain and grow sales in the KZN region, manage the portfolio through rooms appointments, theatre support, continued educational events, handle product evaluations and product complaints. As well as promote and launch new products and implementing the sales strategy from business.
Work Location Durban, KZN South Africa
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and Develop sales within the given territory with a view of becoming the top tier suppliers of Oncology solutions in your territory.
- To grow and develop new business thereby building up a solid customer base, to ensure the budgeted sales are achieved, by continuously developing and updating client strategies, by implementing the BD way of selling.
- To assist where and when required, in the promotion of Bard products through organized exhibitions and meetings to demonstrate the benefits of various products to clients.
- To arrange that strategic surgeon, attend promotional meetings and to facilitate the follow up of these surgeons to ensure efficient benefit is achieved from any given meeting.
- Submission of planners and reports on a weekly basis to the direct line manager updating calendar events and handling opportunities on SFDC. This includes mitigating opportunities at risk, stalled opportunities and leading the sales funnel and revenue.
- Attain budgeted monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- 3 years sales experience in Oncology products.
- theater, nursing or sales experience is a big plus.
- A university degree or equivalent 3-year diploma.
- Willingness to travel in the region.
- Open to work flexible hours.
- Sales driven and result oriented.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Phenomenal teammate.
- Open to travel.
