About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated French Agent to join our client's team. You will be responsible for handling customer calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
  • Fluent in English
  • B2 C1 Level French
  • Must have a passion for people and customer service
  • Must be a South African Citizen or Have Valid Right to Work Documents
  • Minimum qualification: Matric
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle conflict resolution
Responsibilities
  • Answering customer calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner
  • Making calls to customers to provide updates or follow-up on issues
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
  • Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate customer records
  • Meeting and exceeding individual and team performance metrics
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • Minimum qualification: Matric
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours
