The HC Administration and Benefits Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the group HR Admin processes as part of the Head Office Shared Services
Department. This will entail monitoring, and coordinating HR Administration and Employee Benefits activities across 10 African countries. This includes verifying and managing employee records, benefits administration and related risk mitigation and compliance with labour laws in each country pertaining to HR Admin and Employee Benefits Processes. The HR Administration and Benefits Manager will be instrumental in developing and implementing policies and procedures for administration that are consistent across the countries.
