Job Overview
As an internal business systems consultant, the successful candidate will specialise in overseeing all foundational functions, managing application services, handling authorisations (including general system issues, user and access management, etc.), and providing user training. They will also offer support in project management, taking the lead in projects and coordinating external assistance as needed.
Description Of Position
- Be the contact for the Process Owners in terms of application support, change management, enhancements, and new process requirements.
- Member of the Business Intelligence application team proposing improvements on system usage and new functions.
- Train business users in reporting and planning applications.
- Responsible for ensuring proper AMS for the BI team.
- Support SOX process and security team with required documentation.
- Support charm process as change manager, and approve and review Maestro requests.
- Work closely with the other application teams to integrate business and process functions, providing interoperability between systems (ERP, MES, etc.).
- Work with and guide the external consultants in support cases, as well as in projects, and ensure the best cost and value for the group.
- Watch the market trends and analyse potential improvements provided with new/enhanced applications for the business process.
- Deep knowledge of SAP (ERP & BW), SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Essbase & HFM, S&OP systems, and Financial Planning systems (alternatively, comparable experience).

- Training of business users.
- English is mandatory, German is advantageous.
