What Youll Do

Support our bid strategy, ensuring we go after the right opportunities.

Manage the full bid process, keeping teams aligned on responsibilities and deadlines.

Write, edit, and review proposals, ensuring they are compelling and high quality.

Oversee aiPete, ensuring our AI-powered bid content is refined and effective.

Assess risks and benefits of pursuing specific tenders.

Engage with stakeholders, responding to queries and ensuring a smooth process.

Improve our success rate, analysing previous bids to refine our approach.

What Youll Bring

Proven experience in bid coordination or a similar role.

Exceptional project management skills: you keep everything on track.

Strong writing and research ability: you turn complex information into persuasive proposals.

Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels.

Attention to detail: you spot the small things that make a big difference.

An understanding of risk assessment in the bid process.

Familiarity with bid management tools and AI solutions is a plus.
