Minimum Requirements
FINANCE
Financial Management
- Manage expenses by minimizing losses, write offs and revenue leakages
- Provides forex services to clients
- Manage client accounts by opening new accounts and providing end-to-end branch banking services
- Record transactions and manage cash balances
- Cross sell bank products by answering enquiries and informing clients of new services and products
Client Service
- Excellent client service to ensure client retention
- Assessing clients' needs to provide effective solutions
- Update all client records on internal systems
- Successful relationship building with relevant departments in order to achieve clients' needs
- Manage and resolve client queries promptly and effectively
Internal Processes
- Record all transactions promptly and accurately on the relevant system in compliance with banks procedures
- Update all registers and documentation daily
- Order cash proactively before cut offs and assist with deliveries where necessary
- Work according to documented policy and procedure to ensure that all necessary documents are in place and clients information and transactions are correct
- Contribution to teamwork ensuring accountability, delivery, sharing information and effectiveness of the area
- Ongoing query management and escalation if necessary
- Keeping abreast of Compliance (FICA and Finsurv) requirements
- Knowledge of Banking products and systems
- Anti-Money laundering
Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Certificate in Banking (ideal)
- FAIS RE5 (ideal)
- 1 2 years' experience in a Financial Institution
- 3 years' experience in a Financial Institution (ideal)
- Foreign Exchange experience (ideal)
