The Customer Service Representative takes an active part in our Customer Success team, he/she is responsible for providing service support, solutions and relevant details to customers (job boards or employers). Initiates and/or implements corrective actions as needed in order to maintain an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction. The key to success for this individual will be a profound ability to understand clients.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Support customers providing information about company services, managing clients’ needs and providing appropriate corrective actions if necessary
- Produce and distribute reporting on the results delivered to our clients
- Conduct recurrent customer surveys in order to assess the level of satisfaction
Required Skills:
Matric essential
Must between the ages of (18-27)
Own car essential
Must reside in Randburg
Must enjoy travelling
Full Proficiency in English is essential to perform the role. Being English mother tongue would be an advantage.
