Key Qualifications For The Billing Manager
- Bachelors degree in finance
- 3 5 years experience in a similar role
- Relevant experience in property and utility management
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- MRI Property Central / MDA experience advantageous
- Assess monthly billing procedures for potential enhancements.
- Implement measures to maintain data accuracy and system integrity.
- Develop and analyse schedules for monthly reporting packs.
- Formulate comprehensive property budgets aligned with organizational goals.
- Track actual vs. budgeted performance and distinguish recoverable vs. non-recoverable expenditures.
- Scrutinize the arrears schedule to address outstanding payments.
- Oversee utility management for cost optimization and efficiency
- Lead and coordinate tasks within the billing team.
- Communicate with tenants, third-party service providers, and managing agents about leasing and invoicing matters.
- Demonstrate effective teamwork skills
