Site Manager - Production Drilling Dept.

We are seeking a professional and experienced Site Manager for a permanent position within the Production Drilling Department.

This position is based in the Rustenburg area.

The successful candidate will oversee the company site contractual needs, handle daily business issues, manage daily site activities and report to the Area Manager.

Educational Requirements

• Engineering Degree or Equivalent
• Postgraduate in Business Management or Leadership
• Competency A
• Blasting ticket
• Code 10 drivers license.

Required Experience:

• 3-5 years experience in mining equipment operations
• Underground mining experience an advantage
• Strong business acumen coupled with results oriented
• 3-5 years experience in a senior role
